My passion is to look for the better way in everything I do and to share it with anyone who can benefit. I am a business development consultant dedicated to elite professionals and their companies. I have worked with investment management companies, financial advisors, financial wholesalers, accountants, and lawyers to transform the manner and structure by which they conduct themselves and their businesses. I use a simple formula for fast and effective results.

I have more than 40 years of industry experience, including management, business development, consulting and technology. After beginning my career as an FA, I then established my own firm and enjoyed success by implementing structured systems and processes. During this time, I also designed the first software to search for competitive estate planning and insurance products, compare their effectiveness and integrate them into a financial plan. After my subsequent experience as an individual advisor and manager, I then specialized in business consulting. Driven by my desire to "find a better way" in studying the best practices of FAs, I established a program to implement and master best practices to ensure their success. I continually refine my coaching and consulting programs to coincide with the rapid changes in the world around us.

Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our consulting services. For all new clients, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our services during this period, we will issue a full refund of the amount paid. Additionally, as part of our commitment to maintaining high standards, we reserve the right to refund a client if their performance, commitment, or alignment with our coaching framework does not meet the necessary requirements.
Return Policy
As we provide consulting services rather than physical products, there is no return policy applicable. However, we encourage open communication to address any concerns you may have about our services.
Cancellation Policy
Consulting services are booked and prepaid for a set period based on an agreement with each client. Should you wish to cancel your services:
